For a cheap pair the Nike Odyssey React Shield seems to be pretty good and cheap for something water resistant.

Completely forgot about these, which are a very good option. I ran all winter in Peg 35 Shields and my feet were bone dry.

Im 43 yrs old...if cw is dope & it comes in 11 or 11.5...Im coppin. There was always dope AF1 cws for women in 90s...never went past sz 10 tho
