Nike React WR ISPA Low's Lacing

How are you guys lacing them? And is there a step by step how some are these are tied online?

I struggled replicating the Nike knot. The outer 'pull tab' has an inner loop, which i assume is for laces. I took the lower lace from the inside and ran it to that outer 'loop' and tied them on top like a person.
MUCH better fit. Different look on the side tho. See pics. Now I'll keep them...Also open to suggestions
