Had to be a clearance store with some added stuff that we dont see to get it to that price

Correct - it was a clearance store.
A few months ago, the price on box was £70 and all footwear was an extra 50% off and it was still the same up to a fortnight ago.
Decided to go again and was surprised to see none on the shelves but made it to the backshelves where its 70% off lowest marked price and I was even more surprised to see a new price of £40 on box!
