Nike shirt

Here are a few pics of a shirt my mother in law won at work.  She works at a very large company so I wouldn't typically question it.  It has Nike logos on it but I am not familiar with the AC logo on the back of one of the tags.  I have worn OU Nike clothing for a while and have never seen that shirt.  Is it old or even real?
