Nike Shoe Fitting Help?

Hey guys, I’ve been having an awful lot of trouble lately figuring out how shoes are exactly supposed to fit… I use the “width of thumbnail” and “room for index finger” in the back of the shoe rules, but when I do, I end up getting some heel slipping like in this video I took for you:



Should I just go back a half size down to prevent this, or is this good?

I have the same shoes and went half size down and they fit perfect (no slippage). If you have wide feet you probably won't be able size down on those though.

Looking at the video that amount of slippage looks alright.
