Nike Split Windrunner Jacket question

The style number is 352681-648, and I found it on nike's website,but it says they are out of stock. Retail was $120, but I am wondering if this was a part of some sort of pack because I can't find this jacket anywhere onthe Internet, not even ebay. Does anybody know anything about this jacket? I am not even sure it ever released because it really isn't anywhere to be found online and nike has no stockso I wonder if they ever did.
