Man man man....I had the blue ones and I loved those damned shoes. All that 3M really set them off. I've been looking for a pair for a while now but the ones that show up on ebay are either too small (14 plz!!) or are the older (and uglier) original Sunders.

I had these in the blue, white, black colorway and absolutely loved em. So comfortable, and the zip covering the laces meant you could get just the right fit, or wear them in lots of different ways.

For 2+ years these in the cw pictured above were my go to gym shoe. Very comfy til I killed them playing squash. Really good solid x-training shoe, almost got all the cws & the high models.
Forefoot airsole units are usually the first to go & pop & or cloud on these
Zipper pull held up a lot better then some other Nikes, e.g, the zip up Shox...

That's really funny; when I saw the post, I was like, I wonder what CW is he gonna post and lo and behold its the yellow CW I have too! Mine are still in relatively good shape, the extended pods on the bottom have come off on the left just in the forefoot and the 3M is peeling a bit on the right but other than that, look good. The way the laces tugged on the heel fit system in the back was such a simple yet incredibly effective way to improve fit and jbv1, I agree, that zipper was great. It never slipped and is still in perfect condition.
