how do they work and how do I get one?
i have a pair of oreo 6s that i wore twice and I went to put them on just now and the tongue ripped off of them
i will post pics later, i paid retail

if i get a voucher can i use it in finishline?
im pretty pissed

yeah i was about to say.

i actually got 2 in 2010

first one was for the duckboots nike dropped that were made like CRAP.
second was for a pair of cleats I used twice then broke middle of a game.

don't worry, it's cheaper to issue a voucher than to ship you back your sneakers.
