It’s nothing malicious you are doing, it’s their overly sensitive fraud detection. No rhyme or reason to who they flag. But my suggestion was trying from a different email than the one you are trying with (despite being a new customer), and perhaps via mobile lte (if you were on WiFi) or vice versa.
