In terms of a shoe thread on a shoe forum, I totally agree. We argue enough about quality, fit, shape, leather, color, retro vs OG, comparison to other pairs, etc., that we don't need other, un-shoe related, issues to bark about.

If Jerry was just preaching servitude and humbleness but sold $1000 shawls without putting his money where his mouth is, then there would be justifiable criticism. But he gives back to his communities, so I don't think his giving back needs to necessarily how he prices his brand products. Those that can afford it shouldn't be looking for handouts and those that can't but admire his product can do what normal people do and save up for something if it's worth it to you.

He quotes an Andre 3000 verse in this video so it's extra dope

Havent had the chance to rock these cuz weather has been bad for the past 3 weeks.
Similar to what others have said, it's difficult af to take off and damn near gives me cramps when I do.

I'm also concerned with the longevity of the zippers, everytime I zip and unzip it feels like imma break it cuz it does take a bit of a rough force so I need to be aware everytime.

For sizing I went .5 down and indicated where my big toe is on pic. I wear TTS on AJ1s, 700, 87s, 270s, and UBs.

Been a lurker for a while and finally got a chance to make a post. Caved in at resale for the FOG1’s and dear god these shoes are beautiful.
My TTS is 8 and after reading all the sizing advice that’s out there, went with 7.5 and they fit perfect. Not snug at all and still room for my big toes.
