This happened to me with a pair of Yeezy's before, so I can offer some advice...

Basically FedEx doesn't care at all, and Nike probably doesn't have a new pair to ship you. Go ahead and order a new pair (SVD still has lots of sizes), and force a chargeback if Nike doesn't issue you a resolution/refund fast enough.
