Went a little wild and tried both burning and cutting into the upper. There's definitely a fine line between burning the fabric and exposing the foam as I've learned through trial and error hahah.

Thanks. Used a seam ripper and dremel with the sandpaper attachment.

Didn’t do much to mine yet (just burned with lighter and used razor blade for heel) but really like Southtown methods and going to try on my other swooshes/heels/toebox. Here are a few more:

These were what I was after, a strange release indeed, they never released at Nike UK. I could only get .5 down from my TTS but the soft materials are forgiving so it’s not too bad on my feet.

Yeah I think ruffing up the denim layer underneath adds to the "look". Just got to be careful in some areas as the material is pretty thin.
