When I finally get logged in it still says Please Check Your Shoe Size. Anyone else that already got allocated say this? In my profile I can’t select my shoe size now even though I already selected the correct size yesterday.

i doubt it, app/site are still having loading issues. unless it's through an invoice we get emailed. cause as soon as one person says they got the shoes, the app is gonna crash even worse

Just emailed them after 100 point postseason deduction (choose ritual) that’s wrong. Got an auto reply with a lot of good info of FAQ right now.

We know the app is browned out right now. Somebody is abusing it in creative ways. We're working to restore service. Don't worry: you'll receive emails about the shoes as well as in-app notifications.

Please read below and see if any of these answer your question. If you still have a need we haven’t addressed, go ahead and reply on this thread to get our attention.

People who are allocated shoes will see announcements in-app and via email. It may take some time for them all to go out.

Here are some common things:

Post-Season Adjustments
September 5th was the last day for points for Summer Camp. You can (and should) continue participating, but the scores will temporarily reflect that day while we allocate the Mars Yard 3.0s. Your ongoing participation will continue to count toward ISRU in the future.

Excessive post-season score adjustments
We're aware that, for a substantial number of users, their score history has been reflecting an excessive number of post-season deductions. We apologize for that confusion, and assure you that we are calculating your score based on including all points for all submissions up to the end of Summer Camp on September 5th. We'll update your score on the leaderboard as soon as we can.

Submissions for days after September 6th, including streak or rank bonuses you earned after September 6th, do not count for the Mars Yard 3.0s but they do count toward your lifelong score in ISRU.

Makeup Day upload problems
Please check your app store to ensure that you have the latest update to the app (1.7.5). It may take some time to become available in all regions. You can always upload through the webinstead.

Sep 2 / Sep 3 app problems / makeup days
July and September outage-related makeup days have been sent out. You should receive an email and see a banner in-app.

Shipping
We can ship the shoes anywhere the Tom Sachs Storecan do business. You can try going to the checkout on the store for some other kind of item if you want to test your address, or if you want an estimate for shipping costs.
