Let just say I was severely disappointed. 

This .. I may have been in middle school going in to high school i dont remember what year they debuted tho

They marketed the s*** out of them that way too which i really wasnt expecting that kinda bounce but i was thinking it gave a little spring in the heel but nope nothing.

So it seems to me the consensus is basically get the Free trainer 5.0 or TR1.

Do you guys think the women version (with Heel zoom + flyknit) would make them significantly better/ worth copping?

^, I would be up and at em, just because there is a lot of hype for these and limited quantities. Of course, they said that with the Lunar TR1's and then re-stocked all of em again. But you are lucky its just 8, I have to wake my butt up at 5 am. Nike always screwing their own state of Oregon, making these releases so damn early.

Eastbay and Champs have em. NDC was crazy, I had to wait four minutes for them to be added to my cart.

I ordered one on eastbay and then I got in with ndc and started worrying about how fast they sold out and if eastbays stock was true so ordered from ndc too.
