nike zoom tiempo livestrong...fit????

I am thinking about buying a pair of these and wondering how they fit????

i wear a 12 in jordans, air max's, pretty much everything.

so do these fit true to size? go up a size? down a size?

any help is appreciated.

They run narrow so if anything I would go a half size up.
