So first run impressions-
Super comfy and overall great lockdown, the toe box is super roomy which I love, nice squishy Zoomx feel under foot, honestly didn’t really feel like there was a plate there

My us size 11 comes in at 318g but didn’t really feel heavy on foot, I run mainly road to trail and they were loud on pavement not Alphafly loud tho

I love this shoe but if you’re hoping for a Vaporfly for the trails you’ll be disappointed just my 2 cents tho!

Random question, but how high/low is the cut around the ankle? A lot of Nike runners hit the bottom of that ball the sticks out the side of my ankle (don’t know the medical term) and it bothers that ligament that runs along the bottom of the ball. Some Nike runners it’s low enough it’s not an issue, but a lot of the new Nike runners it rubs the wrong way. Curious how these feel.

It is quite low for me the collar sits just under the ball on both sides might just touch the left side a tiny tiny bit, the collar is really padded tho and feels super comfy around the collar

Got my Nike Pegasus Trail 4 in 11.5 (my normal size in Nike running shoes). It’s tight in the toe box. Have been people been sizing up on these?

On vacation in Hong Kong at the moment. Went into the Nike store today, and they had the Ultraflys in stock. I was pretty happy as I was nervous about the fit before I purchased them. I ended up going TTS. The toe box is slightly wider, but it is snug on the top of my toes. If it’s laced up casually, it almost feels like half up is the way to go. However, I laced them up tightly and it kept my toes/foot further back and I think half up would have been too big. Ankle collar is low which was delightful. The fabric on the midsole is noticeable, I wonder how dirty it will get in general. I picked up a pair, and I can be stress free on release day now.

Best part of the whole thing is they were $1399 HKD, which converts to just under $180 USD :
