do you mean the ipod attachment for recording your running performance? nope. but there are nike + shoes available.

only ones i saw that belong to nike+ are the AM180s, available everywhere, in all black and all red i think

Yeah Nike + shoes are available in the Philippines. For sure I've seen at least 3 different styles on sale at both Nike Park & Stadium.
