When you chose the Paypal route it takes you away from eCapCity to pay, which is good because their servers are crashing, but then to submit it takes you back to their site to finish

Cutting the middle man out makes the payment clear a lot faster. Plus ecap don't have to deal with PayPal claims once they give you that store credit out for being oos
