I had a problem with my order and they basically told me that all they could do was file a claim and someone from that post office will start an invesigation.
Then I asked why cant YOU start the investigation? They said we are only the call center and all we do is file the claim.
Then they went on to say if no one calls you back in the next 48-72 hours call us back and we will check on it.
And Im like, If you cant do anything what is the use of me calling you back?
I eventually said F it and just called Ecapcity and told them that USPS was sending it back and they said they would give me a call when it came back and they wouldnt sell my hat. It ended up coming the day after Christmas.
So yea USPS is s***, and their tracking system is s*** but you will get it. I wouldnt be suprised if it was tomorrow.
Also S/O @ecapcity for the excellent customer service when I called. Even though it was the holidays and they were probally busy, they were courteous when I called and very helpful. And they did a great job on the hat.

You know... Selling caps with SN stitched on would be an amazing way to stop reselling... It would obviously take more time and cost more, but it'd be worth it imo...

It's been raining here in Houston, so I haven't pulled mine out yet. I just trimmed the beard before Christmas and have a sweet handlebar stache I want to rock a fitted with.
