To Calibrate your SDM, please follow these steps.
1. Go to RUN mode.
2. Press and hold ADJUST for several seconds until "Miles" or "KM" starts blinking.
3. Press MODE several times until the watch tells you that it is ready to calibrate. At this point, you will want to be standing in lane one of a standard 400-meter track.
4. Press START and run one lap in lane one. When you are finished, press stop.
5. The display should say 400. If it does not, use the buttons on the right-hand side of the watch to increase or decrease until your display reads 400. When you've done this, press the ADJUST button.

Your watch is now calibrated and ready for use.
