I think RG3 has it by quite a bit margin. I think Monte Ball should get the nod over Trent at the RB spot, but Trent is playing in the NC game so he is the sexy pick.

4. Trent Richardson

Will be:
1. RG3
2. Trent
3. Luck
4. Ball
5. Mathieu

To me Luck didn't have nearly the standout year as the others, he will get a lot of votes just because of his NFL potential, not his performance on the field.

There is no sexy pick? He is considered by many the best back in college and will go high in the draft. He is arguably the best players on the arguably the best team in the national championship game.
