This is the kind of stuff people argue about all day long. There's so much random different research to claim this and that with creatine and arginineboosters, etc...
Caffeine does not supress your appetite. Most fat-burners are a combination of stimulants and appetite suppressants. It's the appetite suppressant inthings like Hydroxycut, Lipo-6, Cytolean, etc... that make them work. Also the reason people say they're not as sure with N.O. Explode is that caffeinetaken near workout times helps reduce muscle soreness afterwards.
I find NO Explode is a pretty good preworkout supplement. If you take more than one scoop at a time, it will probably send you running to the toilet.Especially the first one or two days you take it. Then you just get used to it.
I preferred Superpump250 but it has a stronger.... diuretic effect until you get used to it. I also heard N.O. Shotgun is the best out of all of them, but Inever tried it. In terms of taking a good NO booster without the stimulants, I tried PlasmaJet by Gaspari for a while and it works really well in terms ofhelping you maintain a full, pumped feeling in your muscles for like the entire day or two after you train. It's expensive though, and my training timesare very inconsistent from day to day, so I just take a whey protein after I lift.
