Nt get to work target has the buy 2 get 1 free on any video game and best buy is offering 100%trade in value so whatever ur total comes to at best buy with the trade in is doubled so if the free game u got is worth $20 on trade in u will get $40 back

please explain the hustle again because this year they may have gotten smarter..

thanks!

Been looking around for the Toys R Us one...

Won't work unless you can get Best Buy to ring each game up for 60...

Otherwise you would be getting ur original 120 back.

I don't know if this would work since BB needs receipts for returns/exchanges. I'd say the trade-in center because you don't need a receipt, but even for a new game (like 2K12) it's only valued at getting $36 back (including the 100% bonus in-store value) -__-

If I remember correctly, Target games ring up 40-40-40 rather than 60-60-free.  So if you tried to return it, you'd only get $40.

Does bestbuy even do this though? I remember them saying that the game has to be open in order for them to buy it and once it is open it loses value.

Worst case scenario you can do the deal at target and go right over to Walmart. They take returns on ANYTHING they sell thats unopened. They'll give you 60 dollar credit. You won't get cash, but you can maybe get something else you want.

keep in mind, Walmart DOES take your info down when you do this. They stop it if you do it i think 4 times in a year. I only do it a few times so it never applies to me.

im trying to get the $240 in walmart giftcards.. but do u know if its by location or by the store management system where they input ur license into the comp?

i also don't need the games and don't want to be stuck with them..and not tryna sell em on CL like that either any ideas? good looks

best buy takes finger prints

this doesn't work anymore like it used to, unless you have an army of friends with nothing to do

best buy is NOT giving you $60 back for one game so this is a fail.

Not sure at all dude. I'm assuming they all run the same since its not a franchise.

The last time I did this was a few months ago when ME3 came out. Bestbuy had coupons for like 30 bucks off 60 dollar games, copped a few and took them in to walmart. They DID take my DL info, but gave me the gift card with no questions.

Sell on ebay if you get a good deal. You'll still get almost retail for any game thats a seller.

They're catching on now. The past few years I've been getting so many free games, then giving them out as presents to my friends.

But Best Buy is taking finger prints now.
