Hey guys. May tanong lang. What would be, for you, the best places to visit in Manila na hindi masyadong touristy? A friend asked me this question, and Idon't have a good answer.
- Touristy spots would be Intramuros, the Malls (MOA, Gbelt, etc.), heck, even Greenhills is considered as a tourist spot now.
Pero what other places can be visited na hindi masyadong touristy but still worth showing?

Thanks!

^^Hard question. Manila is hardly a non-touristy sopt.
But if you can consider moving just a little out of Manila, there's Laguna, Batangas, Tagaytay, etc. They may be tourists spots, but there's a lot ofnon-touristy sopts there compared to Manila.

hmm try serendra or high st..its a lil bit touristy but if you come on a weekday,it wont be as crowded compared to weekends..

eastwood, timog or morato would be nice places too..just look for nice restos there...

or you could go to cemeteries, I bet there are no tourists there.. hehe.. just kidding.. I guess its really hard to think of a place in Manila where itisn't crowded..

I'm not really looking for a place na "walang tao" but rather a place na magandang ipakita na di masyadong pinupuntahan ng tourista. Hehehe.

I think Chinatown is a cool place to go nalang.

Pano ba pumunta dun if I drive? The last time kasi ko pumunta, my dad was driving so I wasn't really paying attention. Hehehe.

las pinas ruins..

If you'll drive and want adrenaline rush, go to Cogeo and drive the new Highway going Rizal to Laguna to Quezon... Its a twisty smooth road which is almostclear of any vehicle.... then when you are up on the mountains, there is a stopover place which has a majestic view.... Then when you go down, try going toAntipolo Church and buy their local delicacies...

Chinatown is very crowded and parking is a big problem. If you are coming from Intramuros / Manila City Hall, take Jones bridge (left most bridge) then gostraight and you'll end up Binondo, which is part of Chinatown na, pag baba mo ng Jones Bridge andun na yung OG Savory (Chicken!!!) then go straight pa dinuntil you reach Basilica de San Lorenzo Ruiz or popularly known as Binondo Church. You turn right and you will be in he heart of Chinatown. You'll pass byEng Bee Tin, Estero, and lines of Chinese Drugstore.

guys.. ano maganda sa subic.. yun alam mo na haha! yeaaaaaaaaaa mehn! names of the bars naman

You should check out Saguijo for some good music. Cubao X is also an interesting place to be at during weekends.

You're Filipino, so you probably like karaoke right? Try Rockeoke every Mondays at Mag:Net Cafe BHS, where you get to do karaoke with a live band backingyou up.
