Nova MMA Classes

Does anyone take any MMA/ Kickboxing classes in the NOVA area ? I've been looking for some good schools that I could attend.

theres a leo dalla bjj school in nova and a bunch of lloyd irvin affiliates. if you want to be serious about MMA and good at it get a strong base in brazilianjiu jitsu first. theres no point in learning to kickbox if youre always on your back getting choked
