I'm trying to get off the Internet completely. I think I have something called Computer Vision Syndrome. Headaches, dizziness, eye strain. It's mostly a tablet/smartphone problem because your eyes have to focus more and this is what causes the symptoms. Can't even take a walk outside without feeling disoriented. I took a break for a week and it went away.

Tried to quit NT and facebook, but during my grind I look for that break. Only prob is that break ends up being longer than I wanted.

I went without NT for months at a time on a few occassions, it's literally my only outlet. I don't have any other social media and I don't watch TV. I know I'm on here a lot, but I don't even care. At least I'm not on anything else.

Get on during the train ride and the NBA threads jumped by hundreds of posts and the last thing I read is no longer relevant.

I'm not eligible for tuition reimbursement until July 2016 so I get to put that on the back burner until like January when I'll start studying for it
