Heres the deal.

I was looking at some Men's health books and it said the books were free. So the information they asked for was just my address and name. i received thebooks yesterday and it says that it will bill me after 21 days.

Question: Can they bill me with just the info of my name and address? It sounds like i got it for free what do you guys think? Cuz if that was the casei'll just find out my rivals name and addy and i'll send a bunch his way LOL

why ask us when you can ask the company about to bill you?

Yeah...with your name and address they can send a bill 2 your address with your name on it.

But if i dont pay can they do somthing even if they dont have my social or credit card #?

Nah they cant put u in collections. It would cost them too much to find your ss# and whatever to actually affect your credit. Its just a few bucks so allthey'll do is send a bill and stop contacting you after awhile. Just dont abuse it or they will Come after you
