How do you get it open with no bottle opener?

I used to go the teeth route, but that's so no good for ya choppers...

...I smoke, so I'm nice with the lighter pop.

before you knock it, have you tried it?? I open it that way all the time. You have to hit it at a perfect angle

i just use another beer place it upside down so that both caps line up and prop it open like i would with a lighter.

When I can't find a bottle opener I just break the top against something.

Use the bottom edge of your lighter...wrap the bottle between your thumb and index finger and treat the lighter like a diving board..leverage is key.
