NT can i sue my school VOL: TAKING A BIG L

heres the thing

im supposed to be taking spanish 5-6 next year for school

but they placed me in spanish 1-2

but i already took 1-2 in middle school

i took 3-4 last year

but i failed 3 and got a D in 4

but that was because they never gave me a textbook for first semester

and i got it for 2nd semester

but it was pretty much too late

Now they wont even let me retake 3-4

and are forcing me to take 1-2 again

ive alrready talked to my counselors

and my asst. principal

and they both dont like me

so they even denied me for taking ap classes...


what can i do NT that will let me take 5-6

Can i sue????

Since that whole thing was one big run-on sentence, it was hard to decipher. But in answer to your question, no. And why would you want to take a higherversion of a class you got a D in? Sounds like you're torturing your GPA.

you should be able to at least retake 3-4...not have to repeat 1-2.

talk to the principle...but be prepared to state your case with some good evidence that repeating 1-2 would not be worth it for your education

IMO, it sounds like the right thing to do. You've shown that you couldn't handle 3/4 so why should they let you take a higher level or the same classagain, work your way up prove yourself kiddo.

THEY DIDNT GIVE ME WHAT THEY WERE REQUIRED TO

SO I CAN SUCEED

AND NO I DIDNT FAIL ALGEBRA 1-2....

I TOOK GEOMENTRY LAST YEAR

Hell naw you can't sue. They shouldn't have let you move on when you failed 3.

Let me get this straight. You took 3 for an entire semester without a book. And you say they didn't give it to you. That doesn't add up,why didn't they give you a book? Surely you were smart enough to ask for one ASAP.

that doesn't matter in their eyes. (and how come you didn't keep asking for a book?)
you didn't demonstrate proficiency in 3-4... so thus you should'nt be able to move up to 5-6.
