OP, I think you are screwed because from your story, you left without even talking to anyone at the park so no one even knows that anything even happened that day. Your only chance is that the person there says that they told you to go on "red" and that they saw you land on the concrete or whatever.
Even if you didn't do anything but talk to the manager, you could have had that discussion documented on paper. The manager would be required to document on his end that he talked to someone about why a person would be told to go on the ride when the light is red.
