NT, COMPUTER EXPERTS HELP - WINDOWS

I'm trying to access some files but for some reason I can't get to them. When I right click the folder, it says there are more files, but I can only see what is out.
Is there I way I can get to the other files in the folder?

right click and see properties............. view hidden folders/files
