NT computer heads. HELP! Vol. Downloading Problem

When i download something and it completes and i click 'open'
my itunes opens up everytime. I checked the properties of the
downloaded thing and it says it opens with itunes. (I can change what it opens with)

Eveytime i Download something its a RAR File.

How can i change it so it download to whatever its suppose to be?

I downloaded the leaks for BISD but its not working...
how do i change it to a MPGE Layer 3 Audio (Itunes)

There is nothing wrong, the music is compressed into a RAR file so now you must un-compress it.
Winrar should work, download that;...............you could have googled this prob of yours.
