So my homie snapped up this picture off of Highway 43 in CA. We're trying to figure out what exactly it is. The tail looks rodent but the head resembled a cat? Mad random, but interesting, nonetheless...

This is a sad as hell. It's a dog that's partially shaved with it's poor face smashed. If you've ever felt the tail of a furry dog you'd know that's how they are shaped under all the hair.

It's not shaved, it had mange..

Its a stray dog with some form of diseases that make its hair grow in an unorthodox style, or doesnt grow at all, and it wandered onto a highway and became roadkill.
