I dealt locally with a flaker that ended up flaking on me big time on some shoes he was supposed to purchase.
Long story short I called him out and now he's posted my number on CL ads.
Anyway I can dig up some info on him with just a cell number?

I want to catch a fade with this guy , I'll PayPal someone 10 bucks if they can give me solid info . Name addy workplace.

Flaking is one thing, but posting my number on CL ads for iPhones, used civics, iPads...that's another thing.

So if you really want to know who he is, reverse look-up his number, pay the associated fees.


I don't know why you need NT detectives, feels like you just want to make a spectacle of this whole thing. You know what to do son.

if he's bringing you down to his level, you've already lost. take the high road sir, just ignore it and in time he'll stop posting your number.

True Yeah you're right, not being sarcastic either. But I'm hot tempered and hot headed and I don't wanna kill the guy. Maybe have a word with him.
I kept it cool after I drove 60 miles to meet him at a location of his choice. Made me wait around literally all day for him to be available. Luckily I had family in the area I was chilling with. Anyways he ended up telling me he was on his way then told me nvm he won't make it. I told him basically if ur gonna flake just tell me so I can keep it moving.
He texts me back telling me stop texting his girls phone, one of the numbers he contacts me with.
I told him he wasted my time. And now he wanna play games.
 
and here's a thought, if you know his number, and are that intent on fighting him or having a word with him, why not just ask?


funny thing about dudes who pop **** in my experience. often when it gets to the point where it's said "okay, then let's settle this like men" (or something along those lines is said), dudes often backpedal.

cop pleas, make excuses, etc....



Just avoid all the extra stuff that can get you in trouble and ask "do you want to handle this like men?".


It's really that simple. It's quite disarming when you calmly just address a situation in this manner. Instead of getting all heated, compose yourself and just ask him what he'd like to do to resolve the issue.

What do you mean? I've called him literally a dozen times and he ignores the call, I've texted him many times no replies.
Now I got dozens of calls and text messages inquiring me about used cars, iPhones, iPads all types of stuff.
And I did call him out thru text since he don't wanna pick up my call or answer my FaceTime.

If the dude flaked and caught attitude when op hit him up talkin about stop textin my girls number, I doubt the flaker is going to try to work anything out. Its easy to be ballsy over a text to someone you'll probably never see in real life.

The flakers a clown though. Wasting ops time having him make an unnecessary commute when he had no intention of completing the transaction.

Not sure putting hands on the flaker would solve anything but if that's what you want to do, id say to hit the flaker up sounding desperate to sell the stuff, lower the price talkin about how you need the money badly where he thinks your serious and believes you and thinks he's getting the best of you.

Go to the meet up. Bring a few of your boys with him. Press him for the gas money wasted on the first trip and this trip and call it a day.

I personally would just take the L in this situation but if you wanna teach dude a lesson, that's a way to go about it.

U see I was man enough to let it go, I could've harrassed him and been a d!ck about having to deal with him...I basically told him to man up and admit he flaked and he felt some type of way and started dozens of CL ads...
I didn't do anything, but now I'm a little pissed
All good though whatever...anyways anyone know how extensive those reverse phone number things go??? Any service in particular better than the other? I might just do it myself
