in the mornings do you brush your teeth before or after breakfast? personally i brush before breakfast cuz i cant stand the morning taste in my mouth. but thenagain it kinda seems pointless because rite after you brush your getting food and junk all over your teeth which you wont get out until night when you brushagain.

I brush before because like you said that morning breath is a killa. I cant eat and smell my bad breathe at the same time.

My routine goes, Breakfast, Shower, Brush Teeth. I cant stand how the toothpast clogs the sweet pores and leaves the bitter ones open.

I don't see how anybody could brush before than try and eat....the toothpastes ruins all taste for a good lil bit....

i scrub my teeth. scrub my tongue and my lips, word to ghostface.

Brush, wait a while, eat, then shower and brush my teeth again while showering to same time. My mom couldnt really understand why I had two toothbrushes untilI explained it.

Brush teeth first man... My mouth is dry and teeth are gritty when I wake up... Feels nasty if I just ate some food first...

word.

my cold pizza and orange juice always taste better before the morning brushing. aw, oj and cold pizza, the breakfast of champions.

technically you're supposed to brush your teeth afterwards. Because if you brush it before, you'll just get food etc on/around them anyway right afterdefeating the true purpose of the first brush. and you shouldn't brush your teeth twice in such a short period of time because it's bad for enamel.

but then again, I've also read that brushing your teeth immediately after eating is bad for teeth too, because most foods contain acids and compounds thattemporarily weaken the outer layer of teeth and combined with brushing also causes damage...

Same, usually I don't taste anything when I wake up, no bad breath or anything, so I just eat then brush, but occasionally I'll wake up and tastesomething so i just brush first.

i acutally dont have a routine. if i wake up and im hungry, ill go eat first. but if im skipping breakfast or not hungry at the moment, ill brush first

I need to brush before and after. I try to brush after every meal.

Yall bugging... my routine is the best of both worlds:

Wake up, mouthwash, shower, dress, breakfast, full brush, school.
