So ive been working 2 jobs this summer, and when im off I havent been working out, mind you IM 17 and am an absolute stick. Im 6'1" and weigh around155. What is a good workout/protein for me? Im not muscle-bound, so results will come quickly. I'd like to get bigger for college during my senior year,I feel this is the proper step to take.ANY HELP is appreciated guys...........

1. Eat and eat and eat.
2. Hit the weightroom regularly
3. Realize its a marathon not a sprint.
4. Go to sites like bodybuilding.com and menshealth.com for loads of info, tips, and workouts. You can find almost anything that suits your goals. The key isto not only find something that will work but also something that you enjoy so that way you stick with it. Far too often dudes want a quick gain or want tokill themselves right from the start and then they get so frustrated or sore or bored that they quit.

well you got to eat alot more i don't think you ganna gain any muslce weighing 155

Well skinny people like us, just have to eat and eat to gain weight. Eating healthy is good and can help but I'm a little older then you and for our age wejust gota eat whatever we can because our metabolisms are high, well I kno mine is. Try eating every like 2 hours, small meals. You've basically got todouble the calories you burn every day, that's why I'm sayin eat so often. Since you work 2 jobs and proly don't have the motivation or energy Iwould consider taking energy pills like nitrix oxide pills. And Nitro Tech Hardcore and Cell Tech Hardcore are one of the best proteins on the shelves fromwhat I've read. I've read that what seperates them is their quick brake down once you take them unlike others which u take then have to poop them out.And if your tryna bulk up do as much weight as you can for less reps rather then easy weight and more reps. HOLLA
