NT Help me BOOT my PC !

At first when i turned on my computer i usually saw this screen

Now the 1st OS is the correct one and i would alwasy just click enter and everything would work fine but it got annoying so i went ahead and tries to
Disable the Boot Menu the Easy Way from this site >

Now every time i turn on my PC this is what i see

Any ideas on how to get my PC back ?

Your using VMware? So your computer works just fine

Can you go into safe mode?
