Lately I've been having problems with my basketball shoes. I've tried playing in the Huarache 08, Jordan XI low, and the Penny 3. All have failed... as shown here:

Now the first pic has been common for years now (maybe you guys know something to prevent this from happening but im pretty sure most bball players get them)... the second pic is something new.

For the past few weeks I have noticed pain on the inside of my right foot whenever I play, nothing serious... until yesterday it was much worst and I started to feel blistering, then tearing, but I couldnt stop. We were runnin with some dudes I've never seen before and they thought they were nice... you can't just sit out against dudes like that, you gotta give em buckets... so I toughed it out.

Now I definitely regret it... got me walking with a limp around campus rockin 3 pairs of socks.

Point of the story is it seems like no matter what shoe I play in (XI's - bleeding toes; Huaraches - super blisters) theres always major problems. What shoes would you guys recommend me???? Or what can I do to prevent this from happening with the shoes I got now. I wear a size 13 and as you can see from the picture I'm very flatfooted. I've been thinking about copping some Kobe V's...

Help...

P.S. - Sorry if the pics were too much...

My advice is to get harder shoes next time, all the shoes you mentioned are pretty soft, which means a lot of movement straight at the skin, if you up the hardness of your shoes, you'll get more straight support, and less pressure from bending, and flexing of the shoes, so I'd say think more Soldier IV, than Kobe V.
