NT help request: Petitioning for a cause!

I know NT likes it concise:
The University of Texas is having language budget cuts, and they want to completely remove the Vietnamese language course.

Goals:
To ensure the continuation of Vietnamese language courses. If we can't get it next semester, we would like a guaranty from the university that it will restart at a given date.

Based on the 2000 Census, Vietnamese is the largest Asian population within Texas.

Our student government is having a vote with the board this Tuesday, so the more signatures we have, hopefully the stronger impact it will have on those voting.
