NT help the homie out!!!! Vol. Prescription drugs + Alcohol

Hello NT, so today is my cuzzos birthday and I have a bit of a situation. I'm supose to get my wisdom tooth removed on wed & was given pain meds ( oxycodene 500 mg) for any pain that occurs beforehand. I want to drink very lightly tonight but I don't want to be on the channel 8 news so what should I do?I was planning on taking half a pill & prob 2-3 drinks max... Lemme know you insight, opinion, and experiences. Thanks

I lold @ 500mg, you obviously know very little of what your talking about. The 500mg is the amount of acetaminophen in each tab. The oxycodone (the good stuff) is either going to be 5mg, 7.5mg or 10. So check the pillbottle. First of all, you take half of ANY of those dosages and drink 3 beers you will be FINE. you do not want exceed 2 grams of acetaminophen in one day, that's what you mainly have to worry about(it will kill your liver)

Your a well sized male? You won't even feel half a pill bro. You'll be fine

Are you in excruciating pain right now? If your wisdom teeth are hurting you but it's not unbearable just take some Aleve... don't waste the painkillers unless you really need them.

I'm in a lot of pain but yeah I was gonna cop some ibuprofen in a bit prob.

Only alcohol would not help me

I mean.. the alcohol even in beer will be enough to dull pain. And if youre feeling it, get a shot of whiskey. That way, you can avoid the pill all together. Your idea will be fine too, but if you wanna be extra sure, just avoid the oxy and drink a little more.
