NT I CANT SLEEP

Yo I'm starting to think I have a real problem. I just can't sleep like ever my sleeping shecdule is all messed up. Like I'm about to start livingof nyquil or something. I have real issues with sleep. It's 6:30 am right now I have class in about an hour. I was planing on waking up at 6:30 I got homefrom work around 12:30 bsed on the phone and online till like 1ish. Feel asleep then woke up wide awake at 330 thinking it was 6:30 tried to go back to sleepbut tossed and turned til now. Saturday I had to wake up at 930am went to sleep like 5am couldn't sleep. I got home saturday and just went to sleep 2pmtill 1030 pm pretty much wasted my whole day. Then I aint go to sleep till 10am the next morning because I slept so much. Like how the hell can I put mysleeping shecdule back on track. Like I have early classes all this semester so I guess I'm screwed.

How can I get back to getting 6 hours of sleep straight??? Cause this sleeping 2hours going to class then taking naps during the day before work is going KILL ME
 
i feel you im on the same messed sleep schedule, i plan on working out on wed. at like 8 and really going hard at the gym (nh)so ill be tired and go to sleeparound 10 so i can get back on my normal sleep pattern
 
Well school buggin me out. Taking 18 credits and I got a late registration word to kanye so my classes are MW 8-1210 TTH 910-1215 F1010-1215. So class everydaysucks but also I have work from like 5-12 usually during the week because I close the store and weekends latest is like 1-2 but weekends don't reallymatter. I want to fix my sleep naturally but it's like impossible. I'm so happy one of my classes got cancelled so I'll be done at 11 today thenspeeding my#@@* home to sleep get like 3-4 hours of sleep then work. This cant be my life right now. Haven't been to the gym in a good while because of mysleep pattern. Right now I'm tired but not tired argh man this flippin sucks

I'm about to pop some nyquil tonight after work hopefully sleep a good 6-7 hours. They got me working F'in 6 days this week though so

Got class and##%% but next week I'mstart pulling all nighters to see if that will jump start my sleeping pattern back on straight. Even thoughlast time I tried that I slept straight for 13 hours slept through the alarm.

id say take off work for a few days if they are student friendly and get your $### together and everything should fall into place.
 
been off my sleeping schedule for about 2 years now. Coffee and Newports keep me goin
 
JCash, I was the same away a couple weeks ago when the semester started back up again. I was used to going to bed at 3 AM during winter break, so I had a hardtime falling asleep at a reasonable time when classes resumed. My advice to you would be to stop napping during the day, and start forcing your self to get tobed at a reasonable time. Skipping out on the nap should help with you feeling more tired at the end of the day and allow you to get some sleep come nighttime.
 
I feel you. I use to feel like I was insomniac. Try to do some research online. Take a warm shower to relax, put some soothing music, stay away from alcohol,cigs and fast food, and exercising definitely helps. Those are some suggestions. Good luck man. Big ups to you for taking on 18 units and working too
 
Im taking 17 hours while working 30-35 Hrs a week.

Its def. a load, but it all comes down to time management.
 
just jog a few miles during the day to get real tired, or eat a lot, can't knock the power of the itis. pick up the dictionary and start reading, asleep inno time. but if you really stressed just exercise or right before you go to bed, vent using a journal writing or blog, so in your mind it feels like youorganized your thought instead of constantly mulling it over.

^^ word to tylenol PM.....except....i think ive been getting too dependent on them to fall asleep everynight..haha
 
Yeah work is really messing me up. Just got home and I got homework to do. Should be sleep by like 2 waking up 730 though so still taking L's. Next week Igo down to 4 days of work so that like only 25-30hours instead of 30-40 that they got me on now.
