NT I NEED HELP VOL: MALWAREEE!!! ASAP

so i got these weird pop ups saying i have trojans and malware

and i saw that thread on malware bytes and downloaded it

and it said i had 12 virues

but wouldnt remove them

is there a free program where i can take care of this
