NT I NEED YOUR HELP

i bought some furniture and they look 6 months to deliver

and when theyfinally came it had a hole in it

so i had to wait 3 more weeks and theguy who came didn't even wanna try to get it inside and took it back saying it didnt fit.. i called them today and said its 25% restocking fee why should i pay and the lady had the nerve to say "if u wanna take us to court thats fine with us"

.. NT what can i do from here

What it sounds like you need to do is speak to some one of higher authority from that company OR get on the phone with a lawyer. One thing that would make thisprocess quicker ... get off NT.

getting my money back isnt a problem but i put $200 down payment so if they take a "25 % restocking fee" then it would be from the money i put down
