[Lupe] Hip-Hop you saved me.... [Lupe]

I was molded as a person between the transition of listening to these albums.
Tribe always dropped that self motivating knowledgeable tip.
Teaching me about love for inner-self, love for people, the world as a whole, and appreciating the life that we were given.

Between Ali Shaheed's and J-Dilla's god-given talent along with the lyricism from Tip and Phife.. (can't forget cons)
It begun at knocking my head...to rehearsing lyrics...to actually listening and thinking about what there saying..and eventually
applying it into my aura and everyday life.

Such joints as "Mind Power", "The Love", "Excursions", "Description of a Fool", "Luck of Lucien"etc..etc...
the knowledge never stops. EVERY TRACK LITERALLY. (I know this hard to believe by today's standards)

I will never forget the sounds these brothers gave to me and the things they instilled in my life
through none other than Hip-Hop.

Keepin it live with truth & positivity.

Ever since my dad had MM when it first came out I been put on early

Tribe has definitely shaped who I am as a person today and I thank them for that.
That's why they're my favorite rap group ever.

I'm sad to say I have a hole size of ATCQ in my hip hop knowledge

Imma do the homework one day

using that Lupe line is a bit ironic

but either way my fav Hip Hop group
def appreciated

Appreciated. Q-Tip has one of the smoothest delivery and voices of all time. The Low End Theory and Midnight Marauders STILL on heavy rotation.

You on point Tip?
Yo, all the time Phife.
So play the resurrector and give the dead some life.
Okay, if knowledge is the key then just show me the lock.
Got the scrawny legs but I move just like Luke Brock
With speed. I'm agile plus I'm worth your while.
One hundred percent intelligent black child.
My optic presentation sizzles the retina.
How far must I go to gain respect? Ummmmm........
Well, it's kind of simple, just remain your own
Or you'll be crazy sad and alone.

This is the kind of stuff Im talking about.

Beats, Rhymes & Life is wildly slept on..................................
Dudes disliked this album for its production (Dilla, or "The ummah". Tip, Ali & Dilla ) at the time it dropped.
It took me a while to appreciate B,R&L myself, admittedly.

Honestly I feel every album besides Midnight Marauder is heavily slept on.

4 out of 5 albums are arguably CLASSICS (Beats, Rhymes & Life being the "arguable" one)

BR&L was also their ONLY album to be #1 in the country

I never understand how ppl can say they don't like them.

This is universally good hip hop
