I'd give some to various charities, or just go up to people and give them money

If it's only a million dollars, and not some huge mega jackpot where I get like 70 million, then I wouldn't do anything drastic, probably wouldn't even tell anybody besides my immediate family.

Buy a nicer car than I have now, nothing crazy, maybe around 30,000, invest in a house, take some trips, little things here and there, then I'd invest and save the rest of it.
