depression is a serious thing, wish there was more of a, i dunno the word, i guess.. outreach?? i know theres a phone number to call, but thats not enough. ive suffered from depression, and i know how bad it can be. last thing id wanna do(then) is reach out to "someone". you just gotta look out for your friends, man. look for signs. cause some of the most depressed people will just keep that !%%+ inside.

seriously, NTers if you even suspect a friend, or you yourself is suffering from depression, reach or to a family member or a good friend.. it helps a lot. just talking about it and "getting it off your chest" its a great relief. !%%+, even on here...
