NT Mobile Upload Help

I never had problems with this up until about a month ago. FWIW, I have an S4. I know of another user on NT who is having the same issues. I can only post pics from my phone if I switch it over to the desktop version. I don't know if the problems are on my phone's end or on NT's. If I try to upload via mobile, nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance...
 
Have a iphone, have same problem when I try to quote someone and respond with a picture
 
Gs3 and as of 3 days ago i havent been able to upload a pic from mobile.

Seems as if NT mobile update is the cause, ive noticed they added a save draft feature since this problem has occured
