Everyone on NT is actually right this time. I would launch a preemptive strike and break up wither her first. Say something like, "I don't like howsketchy you've been lately and I can't trust you until you know what YOU want." Let it marinate in her head. If she is seeing someone else,whatever. But if not, or this backup plan doesn't work out as planned, she will realize how she messed up and forced you to break up with her.
