Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey within 15 minutes of finishing your workout.

Casein for before you go to sleep.

If you're smaller, use a weight gainer like Muscle Milk.

Class dismissed.

eat more healthy fats.

PB, avocados, olive oil, it'll be easier to get more calories in

Food is your friend, my friend
there is no magical supplement that will help you put on weight.

the idea is have 5 to 6 spaced out meals during the day and replace the weight gainer with 1 or 2 (possibly 3) of the meals (since its easier to drink calories rather than eating actual food)

Start out one week eating 3 meals then the next eatiing 4 and so on. Eventually your body should adapt to you consuming and drinking more.

anyway, back to your original question. Most weight gainer taste like #@+$ and are very expensive.
Take a couple glasses of milk, mix with oats, or bananas, add some chocolate syrup and some whey protein and that should give you atleast 400 calories.

oh yeah...I could go on forever. but start counting your calories and eat every 2-3 hours. I think I gave you the jist of it

Awful class.

Dont take notes from this professor.

I use a product called N-Large2

Stuff works, gained 10 LBS last summer quick fast. I got the chocolate flavor and it is very good, I actually would crave it when I hadn't had one in a little bit. 53 grams of protein per shake and 500 calories. Also try to eat other good sources of protein i.e. tuna, chicken breast, peanut butter. Obviously hit the gym, unless you are tying to just gain a gut. I also was taking creatine. Stuff worked for me and tastes great. I like to make it with mostly water but a couple splashes of milk to give it a good consistancy. Also, mix it and then put it in the fridge an hour+ before you want to drink it because I find drinking luke warm liquids much harder.

Weight Gainer is a load a bull.  I took weight gainer my freshmen year along with superpump and I gained 10 lbs in about 2 months but once I stopped the regiment I dropped back down to 164.  The key is eating a healthy consistent diet of non processed carbs and protein along with fruits and vegatables.  Putting natural foods into your system will give you lasting results.  Real food is the most anabolic substance out there.  Truballa1 knows whats up.

Well you did have pics...

Check Bodybuilding.com before hitting up GNC.

The forums have some pretty decent advice on the entire topic and their store has a bigger selection and cheaper prices at times.

What you want to do though is build your own MR (Meal replacements) out of a powder and ingredients heavy in calories, protein, and other nutrients. (peanut butter, crushed vitamins, oats, fruits, etc.) If you're like me and have a stupidly busy schedule then these would be 2 out of 5 of your daily meals.

The only way to get bigger is to eat bigger. You might think you eat a lot now but you'd be surprised as to how much you're really not eating.

Don't waste ur time OP. I tried weight gainer sophmore yr in college and didn't put on a pound even w/ the liftin and eatin right and plentiful. U gon have to wait till u get older. I was 6'3 153lbs til about a yr ago, now I'm 6'4" 183 2lbs. I guess as I got older my metabolism slowed down, now I have enough weight to turn into muscle and what not. Still puttin on weight too, slowly but surely. Trust once u get that gut, u gon wish u didn't wanna gain weight.
