Philadelphia Ealges-Pick-2 Units
-This will be the last time I bet on this Eagles team if they blow up this week. they have been making dumb mistakes and +%$@ that they can fix. This is the week I think they actually put it together and win the game. I also love betting against a Rex Grossman led team because he just isn't good and the ******** as a whole aren't that good to me. It might be more of a gut call and I'm going to chase the Eagles for a win here.

Detroit Lions -4 for 2 Units

Lions dominated the Bears on monday night, and Stafford missed a few throws that could have been a touchdowns. I don't think there will be any hangover at all for Detroit as they will want to keep the run going. Their crowd was wild on monday night and I think we'll see the same from the crowd this time.. 49ers are coming off a great win against a bucs team who has been @*%%$% all year, but I'm still not buying Alex Smith and that team being 4-1.

Saints -4 for 2 Units

Saints have played pretty well all year, except getting outscored by the Packers. They dominated the Bears and are rolling now. The Bucs on the other hand are reeling and are a huge fade for me. Blount is banged up and Freeman has looked awful. I'll take Brees to air it out and keep the good play up.

Georgia Tech -7.5 for 1 Unit

Virginia football? Never good, and I think GT will get rolling early and just keep pounding it on the ground. No reason to think they can't win this 40-14.

The one bet I feel the strongest on is Dallas v New England OVER 55
Both teams have HORRID pass defense, both teams like to throw, last week the Pats agenda was to run vs the Jets, and it worked, I don't think they will do that again with the Cowboys.

Brady will look to exploit their secondary, expect a ton of Welker and Gronkowski.

All the while, Romo has Miles Austin back, and Dez coming off a bye, this is going to no doubt be a shoot out.

I'm thinking the totals for this game could go over 65 or 70.

Yeah, Maynard isn't very good. I hate that though. Giving strong opinions, but not taking my own advice.

I think I might try dlands approach and go quiet on my picks. When I advertise I don't do as good...Unless I don't end up actually betting those games.

I've been reading a lot about how the favorites have been hammered all year in college and pro and that the books are taking a beating right now.

The top 10 teams in the nation have been covering like crazy which is leading some to believe the books will start getting their money back by leveling the lines so the underdogs hold more value. Not sure how all of what makes Vegas tick, but you guys might be on to something by staying away from LSU. It's either an LSU play, or a no play for me.

About WSU/Stanford...It's very possible that WSU could hang, moreso by backdoor TD's to cover, but I don't like their dynamics at QB this weekend. Lobbestael and been playing some of the top ball in the country for Q despite his ONLY bad decision last week, which may have cost them the game. This weekend, HC Wulff said they will be putting original starter Tuel, back into the mix, but the amount of playing time is unknown. Too many uncertainties there, especially with how focused Luck seems to stay all throughout a season. WSU can score though..Maybe the over?

Yup the LSU line has moved what, 3 points now? This stuff gonna have me shook this weekend.

I can see Wisconsin covering -39 but I wont play it... Boise state is a 31.5 pt favorite, Id probably like it more at 29.5 or better but on the other hand they really have to start stepping on teams throats in order to get the polls in their favor. Last week was easy money with Boise dropping in the polls and going into Fresno...

I dunno... might be a good weekend to take it easy and see how things play out.

i was discussin this game with my coworker and i was telling him "as long as maynard doesnt attempt to throw the ball too much, i like cal's chances to keep it close".

i must have forgotten that he is a QB, and quite possibly the worst QB in division I football.
